                           Interclub U-18 Mixed Foursomes Champions 2011

                                 

On August 27th L&B U-18 Junior Foursomes Mixed Team were convincing winners in the interclub competition played at Co. Louth Golf Club. This is the first year that this competition was played and in all six teams participated - Co. Louth, Seapoint, Dundalk, Greenore, Ardee and Laytown & Bettystown.
                                       Well done to our team which performed very well on the day.


Congratulations also to the U-15 Girls team which qualified for the semi-final  of the Inter-Club Competition at St. Anne's Golf Club, Clontarf in July.

Another great win for one of our junior players in August when  David Foy was presented with the prestigious Irish Boys U-17 Close Trophy. A delighted David was welcomed back to the club by Mr. Russell Durnin (Captain).
